Requirements
Experience
6 months of travel experience is required.
24 months of Intermediate Care Unit experience is required.
6 months of experience with Epic is required.
References
Candidates must provide 2 references from within the past 6 months in order to be considered for this role
License
Candidates must have a Indiana license or compact license
Certifications
BLS (Required)
Vaccinations
COVID vaccination required. Medical declinations accepted.

Former perm employees must be separated from any CHS facility for at least 6 months.

Floating: All RNs are expected to float to their capacities in their hospitals, IMCU can float to M/S, ICU can float to IMCU, M/S can float M/S units.

Be prepared to float based on census and acuity. Some IMCU may float to ER Hold.

Registry Float Positions for Community Foundation of Northern Indiana candidates will be required to float to all 3 facilities (CH, SCH and SMH).

P/F Testing: All IMCU and higher specialties are required to take an EKG Strip test and Medication tests on 1st day. Should they not pass they will be granted 1 remediation, passing is 80+% (We provide study guides for all of them)

RTO Restrictions: 5 days max per contract, no holidays. Must be listed on the profile.

RTO blackout dates 12/20-1/2 ( facility is firm on this.)
