Requirements
Experience
12 months of Physical Therapy experience is required.
Experience with Epic is required.
References
Candidates must provide 1 manager/supervisor reference from within the past 12 months in order to be considered for this role
Candidates must provide 1 reference from within the past 36 months in order to be considered for this role

Additional Details:
Monday to Friday, 8-430 with some flexibility
Weekend call 0700-1800, every 3-4 weeks.
Minimal weekend/holiday required
Orthopedic, sports medicine, manual and geriatric
Willing/able to work both outpatient and some inpatient
Floating: Only Therapy, but may float to other locations
Dress Code: Casual Dress; Scrubs
