Requirements
Experience
12 months of role experience is required from any number of months.
12 months of Hospice experience is required from last 3 years.
12 months of experience with Homecare Homebase (HCHB) is preferred from any number of months.
References
Candidates must provide 2 manager/supervisor references from within the past 2 years in order to be considered for this role
License
Candidates must have a Minnesota license

BLS (Required)
Vaccinations
