Requirements
Experience
24 months of Progressive Care Unit experience is required.
3 months of experience with Epic is required.
References
Candidates must provide 2 manager/supervisor references in order to be considered for this role
License
Candidates must have a Kentucky license or compact license
Certifications
NIHSS (Required)
BLS (Required)
Vaccinations
COVID vaccination required. Religious and medical declinations accepted.

Additional Details:

36 or 48 hour guarantee available, note nurse preference on coversheet. Clinician is willing to float to all Norton Healthcare facilities and units within their scope of practice.

Top 10 Diagnosis/Procedures: CVA, brain biopsy, epilepsy/seizure monitoring, encephalopathy, oncology care, POD #1 craniotomy,

Tele Interpretation - required

IV Insertion - required

PICC lines - required

Computerized Charting - required

Must be able to titrate Cardizem

Must be able to perform peritoneal dialysis
