Experience

24 months of Patient Care Coordinator experience is required from last 12 months.

Experience with Meditech is preferred from any number of months.

References

Candidates must provide 1 reference from within the past 12 months in order to be considered for this role

License

Candidates must have a Alabama license or compact license

Additional Details:

A minimum of 1 year acute care experience is required to work in acute care facilities. The following are considered acute care facilities: Hospital (General Acute Care as well as Psychiatric, Specialized and Rehabilitation Hospitals, and Long Term Acute Care or LTAC), and Ambulatory Care Facilities.

BSN and or related bachelor’s degree in a healthcare field preferred any relevant experience in utilization and/or case management.
