References

Candidates must provide 2 references from within the past 24 months in order to be considered for this role

Candidates must have a Arizona license or compact license

Additional Details:

Banner cannot accommodate or guarantee travel pairs or trios.

Cannot apply with stipulations limiting scheduling: weekends only, block scheduling, etc.

Only 1 Holiday RTO will be accepted. This includes: Thanksgiving (11/28 - 11/29), Christmas (12/24-12/25), and New Years (12/31-1/1).

Candidates are not allowed RTO in the first week of their assignment and no more than 7 days of RTO (more than 5 days in one week will require a 14-week assignment).Please ensure the RTO is accurate on the Banner Cover Page.

Banner will never guarantee block scheduling or overtime.

All candidates must be willing to float to other units and some facilities require floating to sister sites (please see the Banner Program document for details).

Clinicians cannot be local (have a permanent address in the state of AZ).
