Requirements

Experience

24 months of role experience is required.

12 months of Emergency Department experience is required.

3 months of experience with Cerner is preferred.

References

Candidates must provide 2 charge/lead references from within the past 12 months in order to be considered for this role

License

Candidates must have a North Carolina license or compact license

Additional Details:

This is an “Auto Offer” position. You will likely not interview with the facility prior to receiving an offer. However, an interview can be facilitated upon request. This request should be made upon submission.

Must have (candidates without these skills will not be considered for the role): Telemetry rhythm capabilities, able to assess med surg level patients and alert Charge RN / Manager / Rapid Response / Provider when acuity level changes.

Floating: Other med surg units, occasionally, in the holding Pod of ED

Every other weekend or 6 weekend shifts a pay period.

Scrub Color/Attire - Navy Blue

CPI Blue card proof is required for ED

Attend huddles at 0650 AM shift or 1850 PM shift.

Must clock in no earlier than 0638 or 1838 depending on shift.

Clock out and in for Meal breaks. Must clock in no earlier than 0638 or 1838 depending on shift.
