Requirements

Experience

24 months of role experience is required.

24 months of Occupational Therapy experience is required.

3 months of experience with Epic is preferred.

References

Candidates must provide 1 charge/lead reference from within the past 12 months in order to be considered for this role

License

Additional Details:

Shift: Tuesday - Saturday 7:30am - 4pm. (However, if a candidate is willing to work four 10 hour shifts 7:30am-6pm, we could make it work Wednesday through Saturday).

Scrubs: olive green

Weekend Requirements: Yes, 2-3 weekends per month

Must have: Acute care experience.

Scrub Color/Attire - light green scrubs, olive green
