Travel Nurse (RN) - Medical Surgical / Telemetry Unit

Additional Details:

All RTO to be discussed during interview and must be included at time of submission

Option for 16 week contract. Must be disclosed prior to submittal

Every other weekend and every other holiday.

Minimum of 16 months PERMANENT experience in MS/Tele applying for prior to travel.

ECG rhythm recognition test and safeMedicate will be completed during orientation, an acceptable score on both assessments is required

Qualivis – Lotus will be used for submitting hours worked

Standard Qualivis Cover Sheet completed and filled in; please submit candidate's interview availability within cover sheet in the notes section.

Perm reference is REQUIRED and must be obtained from the past 12 months

Travel reference is REQUIRED from the most recent assignment- if traveler has travel experience BG hits of any kind are reviewed by the facility but will not accept any traveler with an open case

Facility does not accept any license hits.

Permanent and per diem candidates cannot return to Cleveland Clinic hospitals for 1 year from their previous end date.

Facility has a strict DO NOT call policy

PAPRs: PAPRs will not be considered alternative for caregivers with facial hair except for those with an approved agency medical or religious exemption
