12 months of Progressive Care Unit experience is required.
References

Additional Details:

· Requested time off – HWS has approval to process up to 5 days in the offer sent to the vendor. Anything more, will have to be reviewed and approved by manager.

o HWS will ask the candidate to make up approved time off at the back of the assignment

o Holidays must have manager approval

· Duration of assignment – for these positions, HWS will have approval to offer 13 week assignments.

• Weekly Guaranteed Hours: 36.

• Weekend Hours: Every other weekend.

• Float Requirements: Yes – any PCU or Med Surg units.

• Must Have Skills/Experience: Cardiac PCU experience, CABG experience.

• Preferred Skillset/Experience: Competent post cath sheath removal, competent with cardiac drips such as Amiodarone, Cardizem, primacor, dobutamine, dopamine, and heparin.

• Type of Patients on Unit: Intermediate, step-down unit, PCU. We are a cardiac unit that specializes in post op open heart, dysthymia, chest pain, chf, CABG patients post op day 1-2 until discharge.

• Scrub Color: Galaxy Blue.

Cannot have any previous hits on licensure. Cannot have any of the following background hits: Domestic disputes or domestic violence (at any time), theft (within 5 years), DUIs (within 5 years), drug charges including marijuana (at any time), felony (at any time).
