Experience

12 months of travel experience is required from any number of months.

24 months of Physical Therapy experience is required from last 3 years.

References

Candidates must provide 2 references from within the past 12 months in order to be considered for this role

Additional Details:

Skills checklist must be completed within the last 6 months for application. Upon accepting an offer, you will be assigned relias exams that must be taken immediately (within 48hrs). If you fail the exam twice, this may result in an immediate cancellation by the facility.

Required skills and (equipment) : acute exp, level 1 trauma center not ip rehab**** not a new grad; experience and clinical proficiency in the acute care setting specifically

Shift/hours: monday-friday or sunday-thursday

On-call: no

Weekends: 1 in 4 full weekend rotation

Expected weekly hrs: 40 hours (need time around thanksgiving, christmas, and nye holidays)

Dress code: navy blue scrub top and bottom; solid color (white, gray, navy blue, black) short or long sleeve tee underneath; closed toe and heel shoes (most team members wear sneakers)
