Requirements

Experience

12 months of role experience is required from any number of months.

24 months of Occupational Therapy experience is required from any number of months.

3 months of experience with Epic is preferred from any number of months.

References

Candidates must provide 2 manager/supervisor references from within the past 12 months in order to be considered for this role

License

BLS (Required)

Vaccinations

Additional Details:

All staff may be required to work during a hurricane with all necessary safety precautions in place. Please only submit if you are willing to provide care during hurricane season.

No block scheduling allowed.

Shift: Flexible 40 hour week

Pt Diagnoses: Developmental pediatric diagnoses including but not limited to: autism, cerebral palsy, Down syndrome, genetic disorders, prematurity, coordination impairments

Special Equipment: Rifton chairs, swings, sensory gyms

No call in.

RTO must be on profile and brought up in the interview or there is a high chance offer's will be rescinded.

Orientation held 5 days a week

Resources who worked as permanent staff or in-house agency contractors must be separated from Ochsner Health System for 1 full year before they can return as travel.
