Requirements
Experience
Travel experience is required.
12 months of Home Health experience is required.
Experience with Epic is preferred.
Experience with Oasis is preferred.
References
Candidates must provide 2 manager/supervisor references from within the past 24 months in order to be considered for this role

Additional Details:

RTO must be listed at time of submission.

All positions at Providence Health & Services require that any and all lab items requested during onboarding be completed within 72 hours of signing a contract - no exceptions. This means candidates must be responsive and willing to go to a lab to complete health orders ASAP after signing. Failure to comply may lead to a pushed start or cancellation as assessed by the facility.

Home Health OT - Walla Walla WA and Surrounding Areas

This facility cannot accommodate 4x10s or 3x12s.

Clinician to patient ratio: 1:1

May visit up to 6 patients per day; 30 productivity points standard)

Years of Experience REQ: 1 YR of Skilled Home Health Experience

Special Requirements

  • Traveler is expected to have their own transportation.

  • System does a good job grouping clients minimizing drive and windshield time. Occasional maximum radius of 50+ miles.

  • Facility requires primary series COVID vaccination in addition to one booster

  • Oasis is preferred, but not required; please note if candidate does not have Oasis experience

  • Attire / Scrub Color: Any basic color scrubs

  • Parking Cost: Free

BLS Must be AHA (Instructor, Provider, or RQI) or “Heart&Stroke” certification from Canadian Heart & Stroke Foundation ONLY.
