Requirements
Experience
12 months of role experience is required from any number of months.
12 months of Cardiac Cath Lab experience is required from any number of months.
Experience with Epic is required from any number of months.
References
Candidates must provide 2 references from any number of months in order to be considered for this role
License
Candidates must have a Illinois license
Certifications
BLS (Required)
ACLS (Required)
Vaccinations
COVID vaccination required. Declinations not accepted.
Additional Information

Additional Details:
Flu shot is strongly recommended.
Rotating weekends and holidays requirements.
Cath lab call required-14 days of call in 6 week period. On call 15:30-7:00.
EPIC experience and MERGE experience.
DCI/BVP required for onboard.
