24 months of role experience is required.

3 months of travel experience is required.

References

Candidates must provide 1 charge/lead reference from within the past 36 months in order to be considered for this role

Additional Details:

Guaranteed Hours Per Week: 32-40 (80 biweekly) (Will never be scheduled more than 40 hrs)

Shift: 8hr Days/PM (Must be flexible) No block schedule
•Shift start times: *Days/PM: 0330, 0500, 0930, 1300 *PM/NOCs: 0930, 1300, 2100 *any missed shift must be made up within 2 weeks of the absence

Weekends: Every other weekend

Holidays: As needed

Float Requirements: Throughout facility within skillset, To all ThedaCare Facilities

EPIC charting experience within the last year REQUIRED. Epic Beaker & PPID (Positive Patient Identification) experience REQUIRED. Steripath & PIVO (will train)

Unit Information: 147 bed facility. Fast paced. 6-7 sticks per hour. Will not draw in NICU or PICU. Mostly inpatient but may do some outpatient.

Transportation: Must have reliable vehicle. No bussing or Uber for transportation.

Scrub Color: Any solid color EXCEPT black (black is reserved for RN's)

Required Education: Associate Degree or Certificate

For any non-RN role: if a candidate has both MSN and NP licensure, ThedaCare will only consider them for the role in which their highest degree is in, not the lower.
