Requirements
Experience
12 months of role experience is required.
12 months of Hospice experience is preferred.
Experience with Epic is preferred.
References
Candidates must provide 2 manager/supervisor references from within the past 12 months in order to be considered for this role
License
Candidates must have a South Dakota license or compact license
Vaccinations

Monument Health blackout dates for RTO are 8/1/24 - 8/18/24. Any RTO or special requests not included on your application will NOT be considered.

Guaranteed Hour: 40

Work every third weekend (Holidays - unless requested off)

Patient Ratios: RN: Approximately manage a case load of 20-25 patients

Required Education: RN: Completion of a nursing education program that is approved by a board of

Skills required: RN: Oasis, hospice philosophy, infection control practices, wound vacs, wound care, picc line dressing changes, port access, IV infusions, drains, critical thinking skills, catheter insertion, drains; Ability to drive at night

Scheduling:

Weekend rotation: every third weekend
