Additional Details:

This facility does not require travelers to report to home back before or after shifts.

45-60 miles per day driving.

Requirements: *Home health PT cannot be Inpatient or Outpatient and Oasis experience required.

Clinician to Patient ratio: 4-5 patients per day (28 points per week)

Coverage Area - Northern Neck of VA, Essex, King William, Caroline, King George Counties

Locals accepted at same Base Rate.

Floating may be requested based on needs of the facility.

RTO - Keep RTO to a minimum. Any RTO must be in initial submission and if approved, also in confirmation document. No additional RTO requests will be approved after an offer has been given.
