Guaranteed hours: 40

Shift: 6:30a-5p or 7a-5:30p Mon-Fri with call required

MUST provide traveler Radiation Badge - facility will not provide.

Common diagnoses/Types of patients: STEMI, Structural Heart (Mitraclip, TAVR, Watchman), PFO, ASD, PCI, IABP insertion, Impella-assisted PCI or implantation, etc

Experience or 'Must have' skills: Cath Lab experience required in both Scrub & Monitor roles, prefer experience Structural Heart cases

Weeknight/Call Requirements: Approx 1 weeknight call weekly. EOD-7am

Weekend/Call Requirements: Approx 1-2 weekend call monthly (Fri 5:30p-Mon 7a); What is call response time?: 30 minutes

Floating Requirements: Currently not floating outside Cath Lab unless otherwise arranged (ie Cath Lab & EP experience may allow flexibility between both areas) - Will be stated in submission.

Scrub Color/Dress Code: Hospital periop/procedural scrubs provided daily upon arrival to work

Unit/Department specific orientation: 1 week including General Hospital Orientation (3 days on-unit) and weekend Buddy Call.
