Requirements
Experience
24 months of Occupational Therapy experience is required from any number of months.
Experience with Meditech is preferred from any number of months.
Experience with Net Health is preferred from any number of months.
References
Candidates must provide 2 manager/supervisor references from within the past 3 years in order to be considered for this role
License
Candidates must have a license
Certifications
BLS (Required)
Vaccinations
Flu vaccination required. Religious and medical declinations accepted.

No Guaranteed hours
Shift or schedule requirements: Mon-Fri 7:30 am to 4:00 pm.
Coverage in Rehab and Acute Rehab.
Minimum 2 years' work experience in the following settings working with adults (Outpatient and Acute).
