We don't float unless it was critical staffing which is very rare and then floating would only be to sit or do task.
Number of L&D and Postpartum beds: 15 LDRP beds
Do you follow AWHONN guidelines for ratios?: 1:3, 1:1 for laboring patients
Common diagnoses/Types of patients: Obstetrics, post-partum, antepartum, post-surgical GYN, pregnancy with HTN or diabetes
Are RNs required to titrate drips?: Yes - Common titratable &/or set rate drips: Pitocin, Mag, Procardia
Candidate may not be full time, part time, or PRN with any facility associated with CommonSpirit, including CHI and/or Dignity.
RTO needed upfront (7 or less days per 13 week contract). Additional RTO will not be approved, including after submissions.
