Requirements

Experience

12 months of role experience is required.

12 months of Physical Therapy experience is preferred.

Experience with Cerner is preferred.

References

Candidates must provide 1 manager/supervisor reference from within the past 24 months in order to be considered for this role

Candidates must provide 1 charge/lead reference from within the past 24 months in order to be considered for this role

Additional Details:

A minimum of 1 year acute care experience is required to work in acute care facilities. The following are considered acute care facilities: Hospital (General Acute Care as well as Psychiatric, Specialized and Rehabilitation Hospitals, and Long Term Acute Care or LTAC), and Ambulatory Care Facilities.

• Weekly Guaranteed Hours: 36 guaranteed/40 scheduled. **NOTE: ANY overtime must be pre-approved

• Call Requirements: NA

• Additional Notes:

Hours: 7:00 am – 5:30pm; Breaks: Unpaid 30 min lunch break 1230-1300 **Time off/Holidays: TBD

Days of Week: TBD (Clinic is open 7:00 am – 5:30pm, M-Fri)

Mandatory Meetings: Expected to attend, if occurs during UNPAID 30 min lunch break, will adjust timecard to reflect and convert to PAID

Dress code: Dark Gray(Pewter) top and Black pants. Scrubs or polo/button up. No jeans.

• Patient Ratios: 10-14 scheduled patients per day

• Patient Population e.g. “geriatric, adult, peds, etc.”: Adults/Teens

• Preferred Skillset/Experience: preferred Outpatient experience. Dry needling, Manual Therapy

• Required Education: Based on NM State Licensing Board
