Experience

24 months of role experience is required from any number of months.

Experience with Epic is required from last 12 months.

References

Candidates must provide 2 charge/lead references from within the past 12 months in order to be considered for this role

Vaccinations

Additional Details:

Every other weekend required. Phillips experience required.

Must be able to scan traumas independently.

Experience in similar sized teaching facility.

Must be able to start PIVs - if HCP does not have this skill the professional will not be successful in this assignment.

IVS to offer.

Monday to Sunday.

Bi-weekly Orientations on Monday.

No block schedules for any reason.

Public Transportation is not accessible in this area, please ensure you have reliable transportation, personal vehicle or rental vehicle are strongly recommended • Vehicles should be equipped with all season or snow tires during the months of November – April.
