Additional Details:
A minimum of 1 year acute care experience is required to work in acute care facilities. The following are considered acute care facilities: Hospital (General Acute Care as well as Psychiatric, Specialized and Rehabilitation Hospitals, and Long Term Acute Care or LTAC), and Ambulatory Care Facilities.

Call Requirement: 1x a month
Required Education: Graduate of an accredited program of Occupational Therapy
Obtained the minimum level of education required for licensure at the time of original licensing.
Minimum a Bachelor’s Degree in Occupational Therapy.
Preferred: Other professional related experience.
A Master’s or Doctrate Degree if preferred in Occupational Therapy or other related field.
AOTA approved certifications and Advanced Practice Continued competency in the occupational therapy field.
Patient Population:
Neonate: Birth to 27 days of age
Pediatric: Greater than 27 days of age to 13 years of age
Geriatric: >65 years of age
No daily direct patient care contact
