Experience

24 months of role experience is required.

24 months of Step Down Unit experience is required.

3 months of experience with Cerner is preferred.

References

Candidates must provide 1 charge/lead reference from within the past 12 months in order to be considered for this role

License

Candidates must have a North Carolina license or compact license

Requirement: Strong Stepdown Experience

This is an “Auto Offer” position. You will likely not interview with the facility prior to receiving an offer. However, an interview can be facilitated upon request. This request should be made upon submission.

Patient Ratios – varies

Acute care experience preferred

Best personality Fit: work 6 weekend shifts per 6 week schedule, no guaranteed block schedule

Floating Area(s): Medical surgical, stepdown, ICU, pediatrics (sitter cases), ED holds

Scrub Color/Attire - galaxy blue

No call, must be available to work every other weekend, and share holiday coverage
