Additional Details:

No RTO will be approved during the following dates: Christmas / New Year’s: 12/21 - 1/1 Martin Luther King Jr. Day: 1/19 - 1/20 Valentine's Day: 2/13 - 2/16 The entire month of March Easter: 4/18-4/20

Patient Types: General, GYN, Urology, Vascular, Ortho, Ped Dental, Podiatry, ENT, Robotics for Gen, GYN, and Uro.

Skills required Central Sterile SPD experience.

Orientation (#hrs/shifts): Usually 2-3 shifts, but we evaluate each one to be sure they will be ready for call shifts

Scheduling:

Weekend rotation: SPD is 1 weekend per month with a 2p-6p shift of Sat and Sun. Communicate with TL.

On call? Take call 1 weeknight per week- 3p-6:30a

Holiday Expectations: Take Holiday call if a holiday occurs during their contract, not to exceed 1 every 26 weeks. (2 Holidays for a whole year)

Approval of time off? To go though manager

Schedule cycle: We usually cannot honor block scheduling requests during the week such as 4x10 with every Friday or every Monday off. We do try to schedule some longer weekends to allow travelers to visit back home during the contract period.
