Additional Details:
Banner cannot accommodate or guarantee travel pairs or trios.
Cannot apply with stipulations limiting scheduling: weekends only, block scheduling, etc.
Only 1 Holiday RTO will be accepted. This includes: Thanksgiving (11/28 - 11/29), Christmas (12/24-12/25), and New Years (12/31-1/1).
Clinicians cannot be local (have a permanent address in the state of AZ).
Candidates with an AZ home address on their drivers license will not be considered - please include a copy in submission.
24 months minimum of current Med Surg experience - Required.
Must be Tele ECG compliant, all units do Tele and they will have to pass an ECG exam - Required.
No Nursys Hits - Required.
Banner will not approve RTO within the first week or holidays. Can not exceed 7 days.
