Cannot apply with stipulations limiting scheduling: weekends only, block scheduling, etc.
Only 1 Holiday RTO will be accepted. This includes: Thanksgiving (11/28 - 11/29), Christmas (12/24-12/25), and New Years (12/31-1/1).

All RTO should be listed on the cover page, must be less than 7 days.
RTO will not be approved in the first week of assignment or holidays.
Must be Tele ECG compliant, all units do Tele and they will have to pass an ECG exam - REQUIRED
No Nursys Hits - REQUIRED
Candidates with an AZ home address on their drivers license will not be considered - please include a copy in submission
BLS and ACLS American Heart Association preferred but will also accept American Red Cross
No background hits accepted.
