Experience

24 months of Critical Care Float Pool experience is required.

Experience with Epic is required.

References

Candidates must provide 1 manager/supervisor reference from within the past 12 months in order to be considered for this role

Candidates must provide 1 reference from within the past 36 months in order to be considered for this role

License

Candidates must have a North Dakota license or compact license

Additional Details:

Guaranteed hours: 36

Every other weekend and holiday.

36 or 48 (OT billed after 48) hours per week. Might also be able to do straight days (every weekend) or straight nights.

Cannot take travelers who live within 60 miles of facility. Can take 61 to 80, for the local rate.

Required skills and minimum years of experience: 2 years of experience in large hospital (over 200 beds), level 1 trauma. Ability to care for critical ill patients independently.

Every other Weekend; Every other Holiday

Travelers in this role will call in each day prior to their shift to find out where they will be working. (2E, 5CD, 5AB -IMC). May float to MS if needed to task or take patient assignment of up to 3.

Floating to all critical care departments in Sanford Fargo including 5AB, Intermediate ICU with ratios up to 4:1 and Broadway ICU with ratios up to 3:1. May be required to float to med surg units as needed.
