Travelers must have a permanent address outside of the 75 mile straight line radius of intended facility, not driving distance.
Anyone granted a covid vaccine exemption must comply with weekly testing and proof of a negative COVID-19 test.
1 reference must be from current manager.

Please note time off requests must be disclosed with initial submission to be considered for approval. Time off requested after the acceptance date will not be approved.
Minimum two (2) years experience in CVOR.
Pediatric experience is not required but a plus.
Certifications: BLS, (ACLS, and PALS if obtained) must be completed through American Heart Association, American Health and Safety, or American Red Cross.
Shifts may fluctuate to fulfill department staffing needs.
Weekends (Fri-Sun; 0630-0630)
On call, and holidays may be required (per staff rotation).
Travelers are first to float within facility and to alternate locations within 20 miles of permanent assigned location.
Traveling pairs are not guaranteed same schedules or same shifts.
Scrubs: Required and provided by the facility.
No Holiday RTO will be approved for travelers.
Travelers must not have been an employee of the Presbyterian Healthcare Services system for 12 months from last day worked, in order to be considered for a travel position.
