Those assigned to Support will work between Acute Rehab and MRSH departments.

Support will float between Acute Rehab and MRSH departments.

Acute Rehab ratio is Nights 1:6-7. A1 (unit) may have patients that require bowel care and Madonna will train on this skill. Vent experience is not required as Respiratory Therapy will manage all vents; however, RN must be able to ensure vent is connected to patient and troubleshoot alarms.

MRSH ratio is Nights 1:1-4. Nurse Assistants are part of the care model on both departments.

Dress code: Any color and brand of professional scrubs may be worn. Madonna-branded tops, including Madonna-branded t-shirts, sweatshirts, hoodies, polos, quarter zips and full zips may be worn with any color scrub pant. No other facility logos should be displayed on scrubs or tops. Departments that require a specific polo color will continue to follow department guidelines. These departments also have the option to wear Madonna-branded clothing in any color.

Schedule: 6 week schedules, with two weekends required every 6 weeks, no block scheduling and minimum time off should be requested upon submittal.
