Requirements

Experience

12 months of role experience is required.

12 months of Pediatric Intensive Care Unit experience is required.

3 months of experience with Cerner is preferred.

License

Candidates must have a Montana license or compact license

Certifications

PALS (Required)

BLS (Required)

Vaccinations

Additional Details:

A minimum of 1 year acute care experience is required to work in acute care facilities. The following are considered acute care facilities: Hospital (General Acute Care as well as Psychiatric, Specialized and Rehabilitation Hospitals, and Long Term Acute Care or LTAC), and Ambulatory Care Facilities.

Float Requirements: NICU

NICU experience is required.

Call Requirements: No

Patient Ratios: PICU 1:1 and 2:1 Pediatric 4:1

Patient Population e.g. “geriatric, adult, peds, etc.”: Infant; Pediatric; Adolescent

Common Diagnosis/Treatment: medical surgical: DKA, APPY, RSV, Over dose
