24 months of Case Management experience is required.

References

Candidates must provide 2 manager/supervisor references from within the past 12 months in order to be considered for this role

License

Candidates must have a District of Columbia license

BLS (Required)

Additional Details:

References must cover at least 1 full year of relevant experience in specialty within the past 3 years.

Manager may or may not interview. Clinician must be okay with this. If Clinician has questions, please email the AM.

Shift: M-F.

On Call/Weekend Requirement: Neither.

Float Requirement: none.

Requirements:

2 years of experience as a case management RN, or will accept an LCSW with strong hospital case management experience.

Will accept first time traveler with appropriate experience.

RTO during a contract will not be approved for greater than 8 days and this must be scheduled so that the traveler can still work his/her full 36 hours/week.

RTO in between the ending of one contract and the beginning of another will not be approved for greater than 7 days.
